Shipping Policy for StyleWis

1. General Shipping Information

  • Production Location: All products are proudly printed and fulfilled in the United States.​

  • Operating Days: Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Saturday.​

  • Separate Shipments: Some items in your order may ship separately due to varying production times and packaging requirements.​

 

2. Production and Shipping Times

  • Production Times:

    • Standard Apparel: Typically ships within 3-5 business days.​

    • Embroidery, Mugs, All-Over Sublimation, & Custom Hand-Made Products: May take approximately 5-10 business days to produce.​

  • Shipping Times:

    • United States:

      • Standard Shipping: 6 – 12 business days

      • Expedited Shipping: 4 – 8 business days

    • International:

      • Standard Shipping: 14 – 28 business days

      • Expedited Shipping: 7 – 14 business days

 

3. Order Tracking

When available, a tracking number will be provided in your confirmation email, allowing you to monitor your package online.​

4. Multiple Orders

Please note that multiple orders placed on the same day cannot be combined and will be processed separately.​

5. Shipping to Multiple Locations

We are unable to split an order to ship to multiple addresses. To send items to different locations, please place separate orders for each shipping address.​

6. Address Changes

Once an order has entered processing, we cannot change the shipping address. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your purchase.​

7. Customs Charges and Delays

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, determined by the customs office of the destination country. Payment of these charges is the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times may also be affected by customs inspections, which are beyond our control.
